As housing costs increase across the Adirondacks, it becomes more difficult for people to afford homes in the communities where they work.
We launched Adirondack Community Housing Trust to make it possible for working families to put down roots in the North Country. Homes are sold at below-market prices to middle-income buyers. And resale prices are restricted, to ensure future homeowners have the same access.
